Each pull request becomes one thread. The first message always shows the current state.
Sign in with Bitbucket from Slack. The bot creates the webhook itself; nothing to copy. Each teammate links their account once to get mentioned.
Each reviewer shows ✅ approved, ⛔ changes requested or ⏳ waiting. The build shows 🟢 🟡 🔴. Merged and declined are marked. Updated in place.
Follow the repositories you choose and post only PRs that involve people in the channel, or all PRs. Works in public and private channels.
Every pull request gets one message in your channel. Approvals, change requests, comments, pushes, builds and the merge appear as short lines in its thread. The channel stays readable.
The first message is rewritten on every event: per-reviewer state (✅ ⛔ ⏳), build state (🟢 🟡 🔴), merged 🏁 or declined 🗑️. No stale reactions, no second message.
People are mentioned only when it concerns them: the author on approvals, change requests and comments by others; reviewers when they're added. Teammates who haven't linked their account are shown by name with a 'Link my account' button, never pinged.
Add ReviewNudgeBot to Slack and open its Home tab.
Click Connect workspace and sign in with Bitbucket. The bot creates the webhook. Each teammate clicks Connect Bitbucket once.
Type /invite @ReviewNudgeBot in your team channel, choose repositories and a filter. The next pull request appears as a thread.
