Your first channel is free, with every feature. More channels are billed by invoice. Nothing is ever blocked.

Questions

What does the free channel include?

Everything: one live thread per pull request, waiting-on nudges, the Open PRs view and the Monday summary, for any number of repositories. There is no trial and no time limit.
How is a second channel billed?

By invoice: $20 per additional channel per month. Nothing is blocked when you add a channel. We email you to set up the invoice, and you can stop any time by removing the channel or writing to max@reviewnudgebot.com.
I'm an EU customer

Invoices carry your VAT number and company details. Send them when we get in touch about your second channel.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. If a paid channel isn't worth it to you within its first 15 days, email max@reviewnudgebot.com and we refund that invoice.
Does the bot read my code?

No. It receives pull request events from Bitbucket, which contain titles, authors, reviewers, approvals, build status and comments. It never clones, reads or stores your code.
