1. Terms
By installing ReviewNudgeBot, using the service or accessing https://reviewnudgebot.com, you agree to these terms, to all applicable laws and regulations, and that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the service or this website. The materials in the ReviewNudgeBot app and on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. The service
ReviewNudgeBot posts Bitbucket Cloud pull request activity into Slack channels you choose, keeps a status message up to date, and, when a channel turns them on, sends nudges and a weekly summary. It reads pull request metadata only and never reads, clones or stores your source code. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Use license
You may use the app and the website for your team's own work. You may not copy, modify, resell, decompile or reverse engineer the app or the materials on this website, or use them to build a competing product. This license ends automatically if you violate these restrictions and may be ended by ReviewNudgeBot at any time.
4. Billing
The first Slack channel the bot posts to is free, with every feature, for as long as you like. Each additional channel costs $20 per month and is billed by invoice, monthly in arrears. Invoices are due within 14 days. Nothing is switched off when you add a channel; we contact you to arrange the invoice. You can stop at any time by removing the bot from the channel or writing to max@reviewnudgebot.com; billing stops at the end of that month. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.
5. Refund policy
If a paid channel is not worth it to you within its first 15 days, tell us and we refund that invoice. Beyond that, a refund is issued when a technical problem prevents the service from working and we cannot resolve it.
6. Disclaimer
The app and the materials on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. ReviewNudgeBot makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Third-party designs and logos appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitations
In no event shall ReviewNudgeBot or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app or this website, even if ReviewNudgeBot has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Slack and Bitbucket are operated by third parties, and changes on their side can affect the service. We may change or discontinue the service with 30 days' notice by email to the installing workspace. Materials on this website may contain errors and may be updated at any time without notice.

ReviewNudgeBot is not responsible for the contents of any site linked from this website. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at your own risk.
10. Promotional use
By using the service you allow ReviewNudgeBot to mention your company's name and logo as a customer. You can opt out at any time by writing to max@reviewnudgebot.com.
11. Modifications
ReviewNudgeBot may revise these terms at any time. The date below shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the current terms.
